Pennsylvania driving law I bumped a roadsign?

Ok well I almost wrecked our truck because of some idiot driver anyway, I was driving down the road upset and turned around in a road. Well when I was backing up I bumped a stop sign but did not damage it or even knocked it over, it was a little tilted. My truck is fine too, no scratch but I know I bumped the sign. Could I get in trouble for that? I don't know if anyone saw me and I didn't know what to do.
