If I am planning on going to Mays Business School, do I have to apply through Texas A & M?

I'm a junior in high school. Texas A & M is the school I have wanted to go to for awhile. Due to a two classes, my grades are not all A's. I'm not in the top 10% of my class but I am in at least the top 25%. I know that this is not good enough to get into Texas A & M, but I plan on majoring in Business Management and Accounting. Mays Business school is a really good business school, but I'm not too sure if I will be able to get in if I have to go through Texas A & M.
