Eviction notice !!!!!!?

I sent my land lord my payment for mays rent in the form of a check . Well I had an emergency that month and took out $200 dollors to pay for my emergency. June came and I paid the land lord junes rent in full! So now its june 16th and I just received a 3 day eviction notice ! Please help I don't know what's going on. I can't get a hold of the land lord to answer my questions to see if I can work something out. I paid him for june and he accepted payment . What's going to happen ???? Thank you for ur answers
