Where did this autographed baseball come from?

Back in the mid to late 80s, my mom bought an autographed baseball off of a shopping channel. It wasn't QVC because this pre-dates QVC. It had 4 signatures on it. Willie Mays, Willie Stargell, Duke Snyder, and Stan Musial. Can anyone tell me what channel this might have come from? I'd like to get the ball authenticated.
