Re-paint and spare parts for BlackBerry Torch 9800?

Is there anywhere in the East of England where I can get my phone re-painted and get new parts? My friend knocked it out of my hand today and it's quite badly damaged on the top part of the slide-up screen and on the back just below the 'lock' symbol (the silvery-greyish colour) Help please!
